Tissues coming with no period

My period length is 25 days .I tested on 26th ,it was negative, i have regular Periods, in the 26th evening 2 times thin thread red tissue came when urinate, in 27th morning no any tissue came in the morning , bt in noon one times a thin thread looking brown tissue came again now again no any tissue normal urine, today is 27th day no blood type period. Is it period or pregnancy? I was planning for pregnancy, when shall I take test again ? After these type of thread tissue ,does test comes positive if test next day ?

This may or may not be implantation bleeding.  Wait for a week.If still no bleeding repeat the test and see

Pregnancy test can be taken 24 hours after a skipped period If the pregnancy test was negative and you got your periods it's unlikely that you are pregnant
