Tiredness, thirsty , high bp

I have been facing following symptoms for a month. Blood test of FSB, Uric Acid , TSH are normal . ECG Normal. Tiredness , thirsty , easily tired if climb staircase , High BP (125/100) , tightness in left chest and sometimes burning/pin sensation in left chest. Also red-ness in face and some etching with small rash , in body parts.
