I had a viral fever and my platelet count went down to 81000 and under medication for a week fortunately platelet count increased to 141000. But now IAM feeling drowsy and very tired so underwent a blood test then reports has platelet count of 413000.Is it thrombocytosis?

No. Post viral fever weakness. Have nutritious diet for next 2 weeks.
