He is diabetic (medicine amyrl 1&2) he is feeling very tired and dizziness,sometimes has body ache and headache! He has lost weight (74kg-69kgs) his blood sugar level is 125mg/dl (fasting) and average blood sugar levels is 168mg/dl ; glycosylated hba1c is 7.5. He was complaining of mild chest pain few days back
