Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  It could be due to dyspepsia. You need to make certain diet changes.  Avoid oily and spicy foods. Avoid green chillies. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Tab pantosec-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 10 days. Cap. Dipep twice a day after food for 5 days. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
