My five-year-old daughter woke up this morning with tiny red brown spots on her right cheek. There are about 10 of them and they are not raised. I am not sure if it is a sign of anything or symptom and if I should bring her in to be seen. I have pictures also.

If itchy,probably allergic,give syp atarax 5 ml twice a day for 3 days. If more widespread or accompanied by other symptoms like fever etc,consult your paediatrician asap.
