Tiny Rashes all over the body

I am a male and got tiny bumps(pimples) throughout the body. Probably started from my genital and gradually spread. Started 2-3 days ago. Total 15-20 bumps on and near genital, thighs, back and some on fingers.

How about itching? Is it severe in the night? Any family members or close contacts having the same complaints?
