Tiny pimple like bumps on penis.

Few days ago, I found some pimple like bumps on my penile shaft and I'm feeling very depressed because of them. They are not itchy, burning and not causing pain. I never had a sexual relationship. Are they called Fordyce spots??? Please tell me if this is something serious. I'm attaching the picture

Hi young man, if these spots don't trouble you then don't do anything. They don't look like Fordyce"s spots..but could be prominent hair follicles under the skin. The penile skin is very thin and stretchable which is why you can see things thru it. Relax...you don't have any genital diseases.
