Tiny bumps,milia and dirty pores i guess

I just want know how to get rid of tiny bumps on my nose and a milia, and the best product to get rid of those. I have it on my nose and also my skin is not acne prone and these are just the only problem of my skin,but my milia isn't that a lot compared to my tiny bumps and i can also see on my nose the thing that looks like blackheads but when i use some nose strips it does not come out or it doesn't even pulled out by the strip i think it is inside the skin of my nose,Pls help me im only 14y/o
