Tiny bulge on Anus

I have noticed a tiny bulge on my anus. There is no bleeding during bowel movement only a mild discomfort. I'm unsure if it's the onset of something. If so i would like to be prevent. Any suggestions on what kind of practitioner i should go to would be appreciated. I do not know if there are specialists in rectal care. Thank you.
