Have tintinus in my left year for past few years now it is increasing. What's the treatment. Is it necessary to see ent? Slight hearing problems too.

Do Pure tone audiometry for quantifying the type of hearing loss because it is persisting for more than 1 yr.
Next Steps
May need MRI based on pure tone audiometry results.
