Tinnitus since a monh

Hi Doctor , I have been suffering from Tinnitus from a month. My mri and audiometry are clear . No ear,wax or infection . I have a doubt If suddenly stopping alpropzolam 0.25 mg used for two weeks has caused it . I am recently diagnosed hypothyroid as well . I'm using Neurozan and Renerve tablets.

Some. Times reason may be idiopathic. It heals by itself. Don't panic. U have done all tests. It will slowly go off.. But keep using those medicines. And also have a video call once for counselling
