I think i hear a ringing noise all time my ear(not sure whether ringing or background sound). I have perfect hearing but when i close my ears i think i hear a low whistle sound. I can differentiate any sounds easily , no difficulty innhearing but i doubt a sound in ears only when closed maybe

sometimes it may psychological or it may be due to some stress induced plz don’t worry and stop thinking too much about it mam... as the time passes it will slowly subside if it is not associated with some major problem... plz visit ENT doctor if symptoms are disturbing your daily life activities ....
