I have had many medications for tinnitus but personally i feel something is there at the location i marked due to which tinnitus is occurring, when the inflammation is more wherever i touch on affected side of face and press a squeaking/hissing sound is there. And when this squeaking hissing sound is less my tinnitus also stays at 2/10. Can this be due to adenoid gland issue? And yes I do have a itchy(and somehow sory ) ext. ear canal. When the doctor put the otoscope also post that for some time i could have that feeling.. please help me

There can be many causes for tinnitus. U can be having an eustachian tube problem. Why do u suspect adenoids? Try steam inhalation

You may have dry ear canal, thats why you have itching in ear canal. Many times tinnitus having unknown cause and tinnitus having no specific treatment
