Suggest you find an ENT Surgeon in your city who does Balloon Eustachian Tuboplasty. It is a minor surgical procedure where a balloon catheter is placed in your eustachian tube via your nasal passage and the balloon is inflated for about 10 seconds thereby permanently dilating the eustachian tube. This will most probably relieve the tinnitus.
