Tinnitus in Ear for More than a week

I am having contact ringing sound in my both ears for a week now. Apart from this i am having cracking sound coming from neck when i move head or exert pressure on legs or body while walking or running. This constant tinnitus is making it difficult to relax and sleep. I am having severe anxiety that it might be something very serious. Already went to ENT, and hearing and all is perfectly fine. Please suggest what to do

Tinnitus is a very distinct entity. If ENT doctor says that nothing is wrong g in the ear, it must be anxiety. Consult psychiatrist or psychologist. You will feel better Feeling better is all you need.
