I am having tingling sensation and little irritation in the urethra while I'm urinating. This causes little itching after urination. Please clarify me what's wrong with this. Is it serious?

You need to do urine r/m, urine c/s and urine for fungal culture. It’s not a serious, there might be some mild infection or nothing will be there. Just need to rule out by doing above tests.
