Since how long are u experiencing the burning tongue. Is it happening since a long time or just happened after having a very hot pizza or soup which burned ur mouth.  The very small bumps are probably natural taste buds or pappilae of your tongue.  Feel free to consult Laser Smile Care Centre. God bless u always.
