I got my trigger shot today. When do I have intercourse? Reading mixed information regarding this. Some say abstain from sex for 36 hours and then have intercourse for 3 days. Some say have intercourse daily/alternate day starting on day of trigger shot with 12-24 hour abstinence. What should be followed? My doctor didn't say anything

You should have asked your doctor for proper information. Ovulation occurs within 24 hours of trigger shot. If you wait for 36 hours you will very well miss the Ovulation. The internet cannot replace your doctor. Consult them asap.
