Hi sir , I am 29yrs old now . I have penis foreskin problem. When penis will be hard skin don't go back it's too tight . And penis looks too small like baby . When I pull back it's come back same position. When I pull back my skin can't touch my my penis head , too hurt . All the time I try to pull back but it's same , I don't what I do. Please hel
