Hi I have pain on left side front below neck only when I stretch or press too much and I have a stiffer jaw but no pain as such. I have been googling a lot and keep stretching my neck and pressing it. Is this anything serious? I had throat pain for 2/3 days on left side last week but that went away in just 2.5 days.
