Tight foreskin when erect

Usually, my foreskin is retractable in a normal and erect state as well. but when I pull the foreskin back In an erect state, it is bit painful to pull but after it gets behind the glans it makes me feel uncomfortable as I feel foreskin is tight there and pressing the penis.

Don't panic sir.. Few measures needs to be done and u r good to go.. Foreskin will get loosen up.. To be sexually fit completely
