Tight Foreskin Treatment

I have had somewhat tight Foreskin from childhood. I hardly remember when I have completely retracted my foreskin till glands. I'm about to get married in next 4 months. Would like to know treatment options apart from circumcision. With some lubrications I'm able to pull my foreskin comfortably till some part exposing the tip and more than 1/4th part of the penis. Need some guidance and treatment options other than circumcision to reach till glands and desensitize glands touch.

Need Circumcision. It’s Glans not gland, that will desensitise automatically after circumcision in couple of weeks
