I had a penis infection , after this my foreskin is so tight . When I pulled it back it is not coming back easily. When penis is erect it is not coming on its head . Please suggest

First if there is swelling have to reduce swelling if its causing obstructions, other wise tske meds to reduce swelling,  can go for circumcision later
