Tight foreskin I am 25 years old
Since I know I only tried few times to pull my penis backwards to see forehead but when I tried it is very tight I could see only 20% of the forehead I never tried very hard pulling but I could see more skin on my tip of the penis. I never had sex since now I masturbate by hitting on bed not by hand. 3month back I pulled my forehead skin fully by applying oil but does not slip back my skin was rolled so unable to cover after lot times I tried finally I did.Advise how to treat expect circumcision

Depending upon the degree of constriction at the foreskin, the management can be decided. Secondly, do not try to forcefully retract the skin.
