You feel tired, irritated and could not sleep, apart from this you feel that you are a failure, and hopeless and also you get angry and have crying spells.
Much of what you describe is actually a major component of depression. It seems that you are undergoing a depressive episode. I can understand how difficult it must be for you to deal with these feelings.
It is commendable that in spite of such difficulty you are trying to fight the feelings. Finding the energy to move forward can be difficult, especially when you donât feel like doing it. However, it is needed to help in your recovery. Trying to keep up with as much of your normal routine as possible can make a huge difference.
