Tibia nailing 20 days post op

Surture removed 6 days before... After removal dry crust like thing formed... Just now applied spirit to clean, the dry crust came out and I feel wound is wet inside... No pain... The dry skin came out and now it's look like hole... I applied wounsol oinment and covered that... What to do now.. please help... Am really scared... Physical examination needed ? How to take care of this... Closed or let it dry in air ?

Looks like dry wound. No need to worry as of now. Regular cleaning with dab of spirit, followed by Vaseline 3 times a day should be good.

Do not remove the scars ,it will shed of automatically when the new skin if formed underneath

Apply some Vaseline based ointment. Keep the site clean & dry. Do physiotherapy for the lower limbs.
