My mom had a tibia fracture 3 years later she have rod in her leg due to covid we are not able to move out the rod is it any problem if the rod in leg more than 3years?

Hello Practo User, No..there is no problem if the rod is in her bone for a long time..the rods are made to suit bone. If you want it can be removed at a later date when pandemic situation improves. So don't worry.
