I have TSH of 2.5. Before I use to take 100 mcg and my weight is 68kgs. NOW how mcg should I take.

If on a regular dose of 100mcg of levothyroxine, your TSH levels are 2.5, please continue the same dose and stay in touch with a good physician for further evaluation.
