My aunt is 55 year old and recently her left foot began to swell with pain. She also had this issue earlier but previously it was caused due to raised uric acid level in blood. But this time her uric acid level is not too much. She's also taking medicine for diabetes, high B.P., and hypothyroidism. This time her pain and swelling aren't going away with the medicines she previously used to take. She took FURIC-40 for uric acid and Nucoxia-90 for pain and swelling. Her thyroid function test report is :-TSH: 2.32(ulU/mL), T3: 1.13(nmol/l) and T4: 165.80(nmol/l). I am also uploading Lipid profile and Uric acid tests reports here. Kindly have a look and advice accordingly.

I would stop furic and nucoxia. She does not have gout. Take paracetamol for pain. Need to see what medication she is on and also start lipid lowering therapy to prevent a heart attack.
