I got my thyroid test today and TSH is 7.17 last year during regular checkup it was below 3-4 and my menstrual cycle is due by this week, does that impact TSH ? Do I need to consult doctor immediately? Or is this normal during periods?

Get your Anti TPO antibodies tested. If positive you need to start treatment. Else retest after 3 months
