I was told to start with thyronorm 25 mcg.
In March when I checked my TSH levels dropped to 3 and I had to switch to thyronorm 12.5 mcg.
Today I got my periodic check up again and my TSH levels were 176 (very high) but my T3 and T4 levels are normal. I don't have any severe symptoms. How serious is this? Should I repeat my test?

Even though your t3 and t4 is normal your TSH is very high. You can repeat the test with good lab and start 25mcg per day empty stomach and repeat TSH after 3 months.
I am taking medicine for thyroid for the past 6 years. I am having hypothyroid. Now i am taking thyroxine
