Kindly update on any symptoms like weight gain bosy swelling tiredness or any other symptom Tsh 8.55 is high What is you t3 and t4 levels If no symptoms and t3 t4 are normal this is subclinical hypothyroidism for which we dont need to treat If you hav symptoms then treatment would be required
