Thyroid test done

I feel fatigue, my hair is thinning and I have gained 8 KGS in 2 years from 55 to 63. I got my thyroid test done and the results are ....T3 is 0.91 and T4 is 9.80 and TSH is 1.11. please advise if it's normal or I need to consult the doctor for medication.
