Hi Sir/Madam, I want to know thyroid tablet to be taken, my Thyroid test report is attached and I am not taking any medicines since 3 years for thyroid, 3 years ago I was taking thyrox 50mg when my TSH was 5.974

Do a free T3, free T4 and TSH levels . Total T3 and T4 not that much helpful for your case .

It depends . You current TSH is indicating mild thyroid issue though your hormone levels look normal. Will need more information- your symptoms, any period problems, your cholesterol levels,whether you are planning for pregnancy etc to decide to restart

You have been taken and stopped medications.. Right now your TSH is elevated.. U can restart the same dose of thyrox 50mcg b/f 1-0-0 and then recheck your TSH after 2 months
