LMP 24 nov, no period till now. I was experiencing delayed ovulation/anovulation, late period and weight gain in abdominal region. Last month pelvic suggested a possible PCOD also. So i got my thyroid profile test today My thyroid report T3 (total)                  1.26 ng/ml       (within range) T4 (total)                  9.99 ug/dL       (within range) TSH (ultrasenstive) 0.240 uIU/mL  ( low) Do I need to increase or decrease my dose? I have hypothyroid since 16 years and i have been taking 100 mcg levothyroxine since 10 years

At present you are 26 years old. That means you have been taking Eltroxin since the age of 10 years. You must have got Thyroid profile done earlier also. Do you find any changes? I suggest you reduce the dose of Eltroxin to 50 mcg per day. With the present dose of Eltroxin your Pituitary gland is completely suppressed.
Next Steps
Please consult me on Practo after one month of reducing the dose of Eltroxin. Also get a new TSH report before consultation.
