Kindly advise about what mcg  medicine to be taken .At present I am taking 175 mcg as In last report of January 21 ..TSH was 42 As per current report it is on lower side now. Should I continue with 175 mcg or there is change . Kindly advise . Thank you With regards

Kindly share the TSH levels you have in recent reports if the TSh level has lowered and t4 levels have corrected then we can think of tapering the dose.
