Then i Consulted ent specialist also  he said vocal problem. Now burning sensation reduced. Again i went for checkup, ent said looks like hashimoto thyroid. What is it mean. Is it any serious? Sometimes throat feel like paining.

Hashimoto's thyroiditis is organ specific autoimmune disease of thyroid gland which leads to hypothyroidism and requires replacement by thyroxine, it is not serious disease if you take your medicine regularly  and your pain is unrelated to your hashimoto's thyroiditis!
