Sir yesterday I test my thyroidTSH .It came 6.400 .what should I do sir. Which medicine should I take .please advise me sir. I am attaching the report.

This may be subclinical. You need to go for fT3 and fT4 to confirm. Secondly  there may not be any need of treatment at present but you need to adopt certain precautions.
