Thyroid problem

My Thyroid blood test reports are as follows: T3 - 134 ng/do T4 - 7.7 ug/dl TSH - 2.06 uIU/ml And Haemoglobin 10 gms/dl what does it mean ? I have following symptoms 1 Weight gain 2 hair loss 3 swollen cheeks 4 fatigue 5 hypersomnia 6 muscle pain What should I do ??
