Please meet a good ENT, Head & Neck Surgeon in a hospital(avoid small nursing homes with CPS diploma ENT doctors!) Get all your blood tests done after 12 hours' fasting at an NABL accredited Laboratory. Another basic test is a Thyroid Ultrasonographic Doppler Study to assess the size, structure and vascularity of the thyroid. Initial tests are a bit expensive but well worth it in the long run in helping your doctor reach a correct diagnosis.
