Hi, I have hypothyroidism and on Feb '2021 my tsh was 7.5. that's why my doctor increases my dose tfrom 100 to 112. In may month ,my tsh came 4.2 and again doctor increasef to 125. In August month., My tsh came 0.08 which is very low. T3 and t4 is normal Still he has asked me to continue with 125 ... One doctor told to reduce the dose from 125 to 100. Another one is telling to take same dose. I am really not sure what should I do...

Got blood  test done for TPO with TFT. Ensure  taking the Medicine on empty  stomach and not to take anything for 45 minutes

You have fluctuating levels of thyroid hormones . Reduce the dose to 100 mcg
