I have one nodule in each lobe of thyroid One 4x4 and 1x1 right is there any treatment to reduce nodules with out surgery Also in FNAC it is advised that excision biopsy for papillary carcinoma Thyroid is enlarged andT3 T4 NORMAL TSH is 5.02 nearly max limit Is thyrodoctomy is mandatory or any other remedy Kindly guide me

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Based on your history and the informstion provided here its a very large nodule. Yes according to me surgery is the only option.
