Thyroid level increased

My thyroid level was 7.56 in April 2021. I started talking Thyronorm 50 mcg. After four months, the level dropped to 4.06. I continued with the same medicine as per my doctor's advice. After four months, it has increased to 5.14. Please advise. Although, the level is within the range, I wonder why it has gone up despite taking medicine. I checked on 16/12/2021. Just four days ago. Thanks
