I am posting this question again, as I did not mention the full detail in the previous one. I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism last year (April 2021). My TSH level was 13.4 at that time. Then with the doctor's consultation I started taking eltroxin 50 mcg once daily. Since when I started taking medicine, I took the thyroid test every 2 months and everytime my reports were normal. But yesterday only I again took the thyroid test, but my TSH level came very low (0.12), however the T3 and T4 were normal respectively as 1.43 and 11.96. I am worried about my low TSH. I would be grateful if someone can help me with this issue.

Treatment of Hypothyroidism is a continuous titration of Eltroxin dose. Now that your TSH has come down on 0.12 you again need to readjust your Eltroxin dose reducing it from 50 mcg to some lower dose, but that shoud be done by your treating physician who is monitoring your problem. You may again need to restructure your Eltroxin after about 12 weeks TSH Level.  Don't decide on your own. Have faith in your physician.
