Dear Doctors A week earlier I felt pain in my lower abdomen. I consulted a gynaecologist and she suggested for Sonography and blood test. Attached is the report of sonography and blood test.  Blood Test contains (CBC,Blood Sugar fasting ,FSH,LH ,Prolactin, Vitamin D,Serum insulin fasting,TSH, Testosterone). Please see attached report and suggest on precautions and further treatment. Here  can attach only 3 page. I can share full report in case if required.

This is PCOD. Requires thyroid and PCOD treatment. Diet modification and weight control equally important.
