Hello.. Well we need to examine you to look out for symptoms as your tsh levels are high...you have hypothyroidism... Well it depends from patient to patient..you will require a dosing between 50-100 mcg..but depending on your symptoms we would like to start the initial dose and monitor you every 6-8 weeks until it normalises. Later you need to repeat it once in 6 months to a year...consult a physician...thank you
