What does the report mean? What medication do I take. Does the report say hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism?

It is hyperthyroidism.. Are you on any thyroid medication already? If yes the dose has to be adjusted.. If no then further evaluation needs to be done before starting medication.. So please consult online for further evaluation and treatment
