I had slow heart reflex, slow heart rate and high weakness..I consult doctor..my free T4 level is normal but TSH level is 12.38.. ..he gave me eltroxin 25 mcg , now heart and reflex is ok..but weakness and fatigue remains exist in my body...,report attached,,what to do?

Continue the medication. The weakness and fatigue is due to the hypothyroidism, though thyroid supplement improves most symptoms but weakness and fatigue may persists for longer time and may not completely recover to 100%. So even on the medication you will feel some weakness and fatigue.

Follow up with your treating physician, I think the dose should be increased, it is not adequate for you.
