I m suffering from last one year.. and did medicination also from homeopethic as well as alopethic.. now i want to ask is there any permanent treatment to cure goiter and u thyroid in aayurveda cause every doctor says surgery is the last option to cure that problm

I'm not aware of ayurveda...but as an ENT and head neck surgeon I would recommend surgery for goitre after correction of thyroid hormones level by medications...
